Our expectations are:
- Ensuring that the group sets the objectives, agrees on working style, responsibilities and deadlines in the first meeting

- Facilitating the meetings in order to maintain the discussion fruitful and related to the agenda
- Creating conditions for participants feeling comfortable (creation of safe space) to participate and express themselves freely
- Making the work straight to the point and not overwhelming for WG members with no so much time availability
We offer a very symbolic remuneration for this role and we can promise that you will be mentioned in the YEU Wall of fame and glory once we establish it and recognized as our own superstar.
Apart from that, we will highly appreciate your contribution to YEU development.
